Jason M. is one of the Fortress Floors “Founding Four” who thrives on the transformative power of our day-to-day projects. Jason is passionate about bringing projects to life—his work goes beyond just coating floors and shows others that they can achieve anything they put their heart, mind, and soul into. The team is what makes our company, and Jason is inspired by each and every team member daily, just as we are inspired by him!
Outside of work, Jason enjoys the great outdoors and spends his time hunting and fishing with his two sons.

As one of the Fortress Floors “Founding Four” members, it’s Tiffany’s passion for customer care that led her down the path she is on now. Whether it is deciding a color with a customer or collaborating on a new project with an associate, you can count on Tiffany to approach each task with excitement.
When she is not busy helping customers achieve the perfect vision for their space, she enjoys spending time with her children and soon to be grandchild! She is also passionate about mindful hobbies such as bird watching, baking, and cross-stitching

Having started his journey with Fortress Floors 8 years ago, Stacy hopes to inspire others by showing them that growth and advancement within the company are achievable goals.

When working with Lindsey, you’ll see how passionate she is about seeing the job through to completion: from first walking into the customer's space to the phone call afterwards about how much they love their new floor.
Outside of work, you’ll find Lindsey at the Frozen Tundra on Sundays or simply hanging out with her husband, Jon, fur babies, Inka and Charlie, and another little one on the way!
